Responsibilities:
  • Independently manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution
  • Draft and respond to written discovery
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Prepare motions, briefs, and other substantive pleadings
  • Participate in court appearances, hearings, mediations, and oral arguments
  • Communicate directly with clients and provide strategic case updates
  • Collaborate with partners and litigation teams on complex matters
  • Assist with all aspects of litigation strategy and case management

Qualifications:
  • J.D. degree with strong academic credentials
  • Admission to practice in California required
  • Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience
  • Experience in Labor & Employment, Professional Liability, and/or Commercial Litigation preferred
  • Experience handling legal malpractice, accounting malpractice, and other professional liability matters is highly preferred
  • Excellent written, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
  • Strong organizational and case management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic litigation environment
