Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Litigation Attorney to join our legal team, bringing energetic advocacy and meticulous legal expertise to a diverse caseload. In this role, you will lead complex litigation matters across various practice areas, including commercial litigation, landlord-tenant disputes, personal injury, and other litigation areas. Your proactive approach will drive successful case resolutions through strategic negotiation, thorough legal research, and compelling legal drafting. Responsibilities

Manage all phases of litigation from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
Conduct comprehensive legal research utilizing tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Draft clear, persuasive legal documents including briefs, memoranda, pleadings, contracts, and other legal correspondence.
Advise clients on litigation strategies across multiple practice areas such as estate planning disputes, environmental issues, immigration cases, landlord-tenant conflicts, family law matters, securities violations, workers' compensation claims, personal injury lawsuits, tribal law considerations, patent applications and defenses.
Negotiate settlements effectively while maintaining client interests and fostering positive relationships with opposing counsel.
Collaborate with internal teams and external experts to gather evidence and develop case theories that maximize success potential.
Maintain detailed case files and ensure all legal administrative processes are accurately documented in accordance with firm policies.
Stay current on evolving laws across various jurisdictions by continuous research and professional development.
Represent clients confidently in court proceedings or alternative dispute resolution settings as needed.
Foster a client-focused approach by providing transparent updates and strategic advice throughout the litigation process

Experience

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar admission in relevant jurisdictions.

Proven experience in litigation across multiple practice areas such as estate planning disputes, environmental law issues, immigration cases, landlord-tenant conflicts, family law matters, securities violations, workers' compensation claims, personal injury suits, tribal law regulations or patent law.
Demonstrated proficiency with legal research platforms like LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case development.
Strong writing skills with the ability to produce precise legal drafting tailored to various audiences.
Experience managing complex cases independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
Familiarity with legal administrative processes including case management systems and documentation protocols.
Excellent negotiation skills combined with a proactive attitude toward resolving disputes efficiently.
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions is highly desirable.
