Our dynamic and growing law firm is looking to add a bright energetic Associate with 3-5 years litigation experience to join our team. Our practice focuses on public entity defense including tort claims cases, employment litigation and constitutional claims.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, reviewing documents, and preparing privilege logs.
- Conduct and defend depositions.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and opposing counsel.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in New Jersey.
- 3-5 years of litigation experience, with a strong emphasis on discovery.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
