Our Litigation practice group has experience in a variety of areas including, but not limited to, medical malpractice, professional liability, products liability, construction litigation, commercial transportation liability, and eminent domain. A Litigation Attorney at A Raleigh and Asheville, NC Law Firm will work side by side with senior partners in a positive work environment, taking an active role in each case. The ideal candidate:
- Is a North Carolina licensed litigator with a minimum of 3 years of complex litigation experience;
- Has significant experience in the areas of trial preparation, taking depositions, legal writing and research;
- Is able to confidently appear before state and federal courts;
- Is an independent thinker with the ability to research and analyze information to help move a case forward;
- Can develop strategies and report case updates to senior partners
