Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage complex litigation cases from inception through resolution.
Develop and implement effective legal strategies and case management plans.
Represent clients in court, including trials, hearings, and appeals.
Draft and review critical legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and briefs.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and legal staff.
Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution methods.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide strategic legal counsel.
Stay abreast of legal developments and industry trends.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation, with a proven track record of successful case outcomes.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Strong advocacy and negotiation capabilities.
