Description:
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a full caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Prepare for and appear in hearings, mediations, and trials
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to develop and execute effective case strategies
- Communicate proactively with clients and opposing counsel
- Meet 150-hour average monthly billing requirement
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active member of the State Bar of Arizona
- 3–8 years of civil litigation experience
- Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple cases and manage competing deadlines and priorities
- Trial experience preferred but not required
