We have an immediate opening for a Litigation Attorney in our Parsippany, NJ office defending personal injury and other claims on behalf of large, self-insured corporations, insurance companies and public entities. We seek an enthusiastic and motivated attorney with at least 4-8 years of experience litigating matters. Trial experience is a plus and the ideal person has proficient research and writing skills and experience in representing public and private clients. The attorney must have a strong work ethic, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Title 59 and New York experience is also a plus.
