Hoffman, Larin & Agnetti is seeking a full-time, experienced litigation attorney for our North Miami Beach office to handle commercial litigation. Founded in 1982, HLA practices Litigation, Personal Injury, Bankruptcy and Family Law with offices in Broward, North Miami, Islamorada and Key West.- The candidate must have 2-5 years of experience of Civil Litigation and have excellent writing and language skills, be a self-starter and demonstrate a solid ability to work independently and handle a large caseload.
- Bankruptcy experience would be a plus.
- The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the client's case including drafting pleadings and motions, legal research, discovery, and attendance at court hearings, mediations, and trials.
- The candidate MUST be licensed to practice law in Florida.
