Salary Range:
$135,000.00 To $175,000.00 Annually

White and Williams LLP, a large multi-practice law firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3-6 years of litigation experience to join our New York City office. The successful candidate will work on a broad range of litigation matters, including health care, product liability, transportation, construction, and other complex litigation cases.

We are seeking a motivated attorney with excellent academic credentials, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work proactively and independently when appropriate while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment. Candidates should possess strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills, with experience handling matters through various stages of litigation.

Requirements:
  • 3-6 years of litigation experience
  • Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
  • Ability to manage multiple matters and work independently
  • New York Bar admission required
  • New Jersey Bar admission beneficial
