Responsibilities:
- Handle a diverse caseload, including medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, hospital negligence, and general negligence matters.
- Draft motions and briefs.
- Conduct and defend depositions.
- Argue motions and appear for Court conferences.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in New Jersey.
- Experience handling medical malpractice, nursing home/Long Term Care/Rehab Facility, or complex cases is preferred, but not required.
