The Firm:
Located in downtown Los Angeles, Haney & Shah LLP is a respected law firm who seeks an Associate Attorney. We specialize in jury trials, and we represent both plaintiffs and defendants, with a ratio of approximately 80% hourly to 20% contingency. Our founding partner is Steven Haney, an AV Preeminent-rated attorney, who has tried over 80 jury trials with a win rate of over 80%. We have a strong business base of repeat clients. Our practice areas include, for example, employment litigation, intellectual property disputes (both enforcement and defense), business law, white collar criminal defense, real property litigation, contract disputes, appellate advocacy, and many other areas. We practice in both State and Federal Courts, including the Court of Claims and International and Domestic Arbitrations. We handle appeals, and we have 9 published opinions in both the State and Federal Courts. While small, we compete with and beat the biggest firms in Los Angeles

Job Requirements:
Currently, we need an associate attorney with at least 4 years of legal practice in litigation. If you have a strong work ethic, skilled in legal research and writing skills, and have experience in taking depositions, this is the place for you. We particularly appreciate an attorney who can multi-task and do not shy away from running a case or taking on a leadership role. Our clients are as diverse as our practice. Pay: $140,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
