We are seeking a hands-on Litigation Attorney to serve as a key legal partner to the business. This role is ideal for a commercial litigator who has owned cases end-to-end, is comfortable operating with autonomy, and prefers a practical, business-embedded environment over a traditional law firm model.
This position will work closely with senior legal leadership, supporting litigation, discovery strategy, internal stakeholders, and high-volume subpoena response in a fast-moving organization.
This position is based in our Las Vegas, NV office.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial and contract-related litigation matters from initiation through resolution

- Work cross-functionally with Operations, Product, IT, Marketing, and Finance to provide practical legal guidance
- Support and guide paralegals handling high volumes of inbound subpoenas

Requirements:
- JD from an accredited law school
- 5–7 years of litigation experience, with meaningful exposure to:
- Commercial litigation

- Demonstrated ability to run matters independently, not just execute assigned tasks
- Comfort operating in a hands-on, corporate environment
- Strong judgment, follow-through, and ability to manage competing priorities
- Comfort being embedded in the business, answering questions, and moving matters forward proactively
- Preferred experience in vendor, provider, or contract-based disputes
- Preferred prior in-house experience or a law-firm background with direct client ownership
- Preferred exposure to financial damages, receivables, or contract enforcement matters
