Litigation Attorney WantedWe're a growing Plaintiff personal injury law firm looking for a Litigation Attorney to assist our litigation department. The position will involve preparing cases for trial, drafting motions, filing petitions, managing a litigation docket with support staff and other litigation duties. Responsibilities:
- Prepare litigation cases for trial
- File Petitions
- Negotiate settlements
- Perform legal analysis
- Draft motions and responses to opposing counsel's motions
Minimum Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree
- Texas State Bar licensed
- Must be able to travel up to 20%
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong Research/Writing skills
- Knowledge of personal injury law and legal terminology

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
