Mid-size Garden City, Long Island firm seeks attorney with 5-10 years' experience for immediate opening with busy state and federal court commercial and municipal litigation practice. Excellent research (knowledge of Westlaw) and writing skills mandatory. Applicant must have experience in taking and defending depositions, motion practice and have argued motions and appeals.
