Our real estate attorneys represent a broad spectrum of clients, including lenders, purchasers, sellers, lessors, lessees, investors, developers, and title insurance companies.
We are seeking an Attorney for a blended transactional and litigation role with a focus on real estate, construction, and business law practice areas. Secondary matters may include probate and estate planning. The position involves managing a moderate volume of cases, both in transactional matters, pre-litigation, and active litigation. The position will eventually transition to lead litigation attorney. The position also requires dealing with issues related to mediation and negotiation. This position will interact directly with clients, as well as other attorneys involved in a collaborative law office environment. A candidate must have excellent writing and communication skills.
Our staff includes experienced litigation and transactional attorneys who will mentor and teach the right candidate, so a willingness to learn is a must.
Requirements:
3+ years in a Texas law firm experience, required. Graduate of a Texas law school and licensed to practice law in Texas, required.
