Slocumb Law Firm is expanding and seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our team in Fairbanks, Alaska.

This is a unique opportunity to expand our established priority to help our clients obtain the justice and compensation they deserve while growing our firm in this market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in the litigation of Personal Injury Law.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage Personal Injury cases from intake through resolution, up to and including trial.
  • Maintain clear, professional, and consistent communication with clients
  • Work within established national litigation systems and case standards
  • Exercise sound judgment, preparation, and ownership over assigned matters
  • Collaborate with internal teams, case managers, and firm leadership
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with opposing counsel and other stakeholders

What We're Looking For:
  • Juris Doctor (JD)
  • Active Alaska license and in good standing
  • At least two years of Personal Injury litigation experience preferred
  • Strong advocacy, writing, and analytical skills
  • Ability to independently manage a full inventory of both pre-lit and litigation cases
  • Results-driven mindset
