We are seeking a civil litigation attorney to join our Charlotte or Rock Hill office as an associate attorney. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in North Carolina or South Carolina or eligible for admission based on an existing UBE score. 2+ years of experience is preferred.
An ideal candidate will have some experience in one or more of the following practice areas:
- Construction Litigation
- Defense of Government and Municipalities
- Employment Law
- Business Litigation
- Insurance Coverage
- Premises and Product Liability
- Professional Malpractice
- Transportation Litigation
- Personal Injury
- Creditor's Rights
- Other Civil Litigation
Candidates must have proven research & writing skills, and excellent attention to detail.
