The Boston law firm Rudolph Friedmann LLP is seeking an attorney with 3-5 years of experience for the firm's litigation group. This attorney will assist on all aspects of cases from commencement through trial.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
- Excellent writing skills, including experience drafting pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and demand letters;
- Experience appearing in Court for oral argument and trial, at mediation, arbitration and administrative hearings;
- A proficiency at performing legal research;
- Experience taking/defending depositions; and
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Must be admitted to the Massachusetts State Bar.
