Our firm focuses primarily on community association and real estate law, representing condominium associations, homeowners' associations, developers, and other clients throughout Florida.
We are looking for a motivated attorney with a strong interest in civil litigation who is prepared to take an active role in managing cases from pre-litigation through resolution. The ideal candidate is a confident legal writer and communicator who enjoys solving complex problems, advocating for clients, and appearing in court. Your expertise will drive case strategy, advocate for clients' interests in courtrooms and negotiations, and ensure meticulous legal research and documentation. Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of litigation from initial case assessment through trial and appellate processes.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies.
- Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, contracts, depositions, and settlement agreements with precision.
- Prepare for court depositions by developing questions and strategies to gather critical evidence.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, mediations, and administrative hearings across diverse practice areas.
- Develop case strategies by analyzing facts, statutes, regulations, and procedural laws relevant to each matter.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, gather information, and explain legal options clearly.
Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of procedural law and statutory legal research methods.
- Proven experience and knowledge in condominium and HOA law.
- Strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable settlements while advocating vigorously for clients.
- Proficiency in legal drafting including motions, pleadings, contracts, and discovery documents.
- Excellent writing skills for clear legal advocacy and documentation.
- Ability to handle court depositions confidently while managing multiple cases efficiently.
- Experience with trial preparation including organizing evidence and developing courtroom strategies.
- Strong client communication skills to foster trust and clarity throughout the litigation process.
