Law firm seeks experienced plaintiffs personal injury litigation attorney. Minimum 5 years experience. Must have some trial experience with lots of time in a courtroom, handling hearings, mediations, and taking depositions. Preference for bi-lingual (Spanish/English). We are looking for a trial lawyer with experience handling a docket of high value, complex personal injury cases from start to finish. You will earn commissions which ideally will greatly exceed your salary.Other requirements include familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly formatting Word documents so that letters and other documents are uniform, accurate and professional in appearance. Your job will involve client communication, networking, negotiating, researching, drafting, arguing and staying organized. You will need to be sufficient in navigating and searching the internet, operating basic office equipment, competently using Excel forms and case management software for tracking of data. Your hours will be flexible, but you will be expected to push your docket and produce.
If you can help train and manage other litigators, the oppotunity exists to increase both your salary and your commission structure.
