The Opportunity:Mozley, Finlayson & Loggins LLP (MF&L), a full-service and rapidly growing law firm headquartered in Dunwoody, Georgia, is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join our Insurance Defense and Civil Litigation Practice Group.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate directly with experienced partners and senior attorneys
- Handle all stages of litigation from case initiation through trial
- Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and discovery documents
- Conduct depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations
- Perform in-depth legal research and provide strategic analysis
- Manage multiple active litigation files and deadlines
- Prepare for and support trial and appellate proceedings
- Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the Georgia Bar
- Admission to courts in Georgia
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in civil litigation or insurance defense
- Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced litigation environment
- Attention to detail, resourcefulness, and critical thinking capabilities
- A commitment to professional growth and development in civil trial practice
