Description:
Attorney with 10 to 12 years of experience working in general commercial litigation, with a strong emphasis on insurance coverage analysis and litigation, and class actions. Prior law firm experience in drafting insurance coverage opinions and litigating insurance coverage and bad faith suits, COVID-19 property claims, market cases, or class action litigation is required. Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of the State Bar of Georgia.
