Tiveron Law, PLLC, a full-service law firm recognized among the Best of 716 Law Firms™ and Top Workplaces™, is seeking an experienced and motivated Litigation Attorney to join our growing team.The ideal candidate will have experience handling litigation matters, with a background in personal injury, medical malpractice, and/or other complex civil litigation strongly preferred. Trial experience is desired, along with the ability to independently manage cases from inception through resolution.
Candidates must be licensed to practice law in New York and possess strong legal research, writing, analytical, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills. The successful candidate will be a confident and effective advocate who is detail-oriented, client-focused, collaborative, and committed to providing high-quality legal representation.
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in New York.
- Proven litigation experience.
- Trial experience desired.
- Excellent negotiation, advocacy, and communication abilities.
