Lemery Greisler LLC, a well-established Capital Region business law firm with offices in Albany and Saratoga Springs, New York, is seeking a Litigation Attorney with one to three years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have strong research, writing, and advocacy skills and an interest in commercial and real estate litigation; bankruptcy and foreclosure experience is a plus but not required. This position offers meaningful responsibility early on and the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners in a collaborative environment. We offer a collegial workplace, competitive benefits, and a salary range of $80,000–$95,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The firm is flexible on location in Albany or Saratoga Springs, depending on applicant preference and applicant will have the opportunity to work at both locations, as needed.
