Description:

JOHNSTON, SZTYKIEL, HUNT, FRASER, GOLD & BARRON P.C., an established civil litigation firm located in Troy, Michigan, seeks an experienced litigator with 5+ years' experience handling insurance defense.

The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials, be admitted to the Michigan bar, and have a proven track record in:

Insurance Defense litigation including depositions and court appearances.
1st & 3rd party PIP cases (Required.)
Handling a full case load; seeing each case through to it's entirety (trial and appellate experience is a plus.)
Developing and managing client relationships.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Experience with JURIS software preferred, but not required.

Salary will be commensurate with experience and portable business.
