Mid-sized women-owned education law firm with statewide practice representing school and community college districts seeks an attorney to join its Litigation practice group. If you are interested in joining a team that works on landmark cases, we encourage you to apply.

Candidates will be considered for the following A Full Service Education Law Firm offices: San Francisco, Long Beach, San Diego, Sacramento, East Bay, Fresno

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of three years of litigation experience, including the below qualifications:

Experience working on complex civil litigation matters from initiation to resolution including arbitration, mediation and/or trials
Strong case management skills, including ability and initiative to complete assignments, manage deadlines and move matters forward
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
Excellent writing, research, analytical, and communication skills
Flexibility, initiative, and willingness to work on a broad variety of legal matters arising in representing public entities
Education law experience and/or public entity experience preferred
Prior experience with insurance defense and personal injury defense a plus
Admission to the California State Bar
