Description:

Introduction:
Downtown Riverside litigation firm seeks an energetic, team–oriented, and talented attorney. We are a 20 plus employee law firm that employs a team first approach. Our cases are interesting and intriguing. We frequently and consistently handle high profile and complex cases involving multi-million dollar exposure for private and public entity clients, in state and federal jurisdictions throughout the region. Whether going to trial, assisting at trial, handling an appeal before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, or arguing a motion for summary judgment on the 14th Amendment Due Process Clause, you will find the work incredibly rewarding.

While doing this, we are focused on lawyers becoming the best they can be while practicing in a family focused environment. We are about more than just practicing law. Our mission is relationship driven. That's what separates us from other firms. The majority of our attorney and non-attorney staff have been employed here for years, some for decades. From regular and quarterly off-site gatherings (ax throwing, Top Golf, hikes, plays and shows, parties, bowling, etc.), traditional get togethers, frequent Friday afternoon non-work events, to reasonable hourly requirements, and up to 3 days a week of remote work (though few use it because of our great office environment), we strive to give you the perfect balance between work and play.

Our phenomenal, second to none diversity both at the staff and attorney level makes us even better and stronger. We proudly far exceed our community make up. Staffing wise, all our legal secretaries are paralegal certified; and the attorney-secretary ratio is typically 2:1. Our facilities and technology and other tools are top notch. If any of this interests you, please call us. We are an ideal alternative to “big law” jobs.
