Description:
A Full-Service Business and Employment Law Firm, a full-service business and employment law firm headquartered in Pittsburgh / Green Tree, Pennsylvania, has opportunities for attorneys with two to five years of litigation experience. Responsibilities of this position include:- Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Negotiating and settling cases on behalf of clients.
- Representing clients in mediations and/or court proceedings (including depositions, hearings, and trials).
- Collaborating with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.
The
positions offered include hybrid work opportunities based at the firm's
offices located in Foster Plaza (Green Tree). In addition to a base
compensation package, attorneys are eligible for bonuses and other
performance incentives while working in a team-based environment.
Requirements:
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice in PA, admission to the OH, WV, NJ, and/or NY bar a plus.
- Candidates with two to five years' labor and employment litigation experience is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to integrate into a fast-team-oriented environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and employees of the firm.
