Case types range from auto accidents, slip and falls, trucking accidents, pedestrian accidents, wrongful death, and bicycle accidents.The right candidate for this position is someone that can manage people, and has experience in Personal Injury Litigation. You must be able to work independently in addition to being a team player and knowing how to work as a team. You will have your own case load and litigation team.

You will be given a salary, plus a percent of the attorney fees for cases you work on. You will also be given a percent of the attorney fees on cases you bring into the firm. As a result, your ability to earn is not capped or limited in any way.
Trial experience is required. You must have first chair experience at trial. Experience working the case up for trial is a must. This includes drafting pleadings, answering discovery, preparing exhibit and witness lists, motions in limine, expert and trial discovery, taking and defending expert and treating physician depositions, and preparation of trial exhibits.
