- Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate litigation
- Active Florida Bar license in good standing
- Proven ability to manage cases independently from start to finish
- Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills
- Strong client service orientation
Responsibilities:
- Draft and review real estate contracts, leases, and land trusts
- Represent clients in litigation matters such as evictions, breach of contract, seller failure to disclose, partition, foreclosures, quiet title, etc.
- Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel effectively
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to support firm goals
