We are seeking an experienced and motivated Litigation Attorney to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Manage real estate litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements
- Handle landlord-tenant disputes, unlawful detainers, and related real estate claims
- Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive written briefs
- Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and trials as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
- Develop case strategy in collaboration with the litigation team
Qualifications:
- Active membership in the California State Bar
- Minimum of 3 years of California civil litigation experience
- Strong experience with motion practice, discovery, and court appearances
- Experience handling real estate litigation and landlord-tenant matters preferred
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong oral advocacy and courtroom presentation abilities
- Ability to independently manage multiple active matters
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
