- Caseload management from file intake through trial in collaboration with other partners
- Legal research and writing
- Preparing and arguing motions
- Regularly handle court appearances
- Preparing for and conducting depositions
- Drafting and propounding discovery
- Developing strategies for case handling
- Client interaction and development
