Description:

We are seeking an attorney with six to twelve years of experience in all aspects of commercial litigation.

As a member of our team, you will work closely with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to represent a variety of clients, including automotive suppliers, financial institutions, and insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities Will Include:

Managing litigation matters of varying sizes, including large-scale litigation
Analyzing case materials to identify legal issues and potential strategies.
Drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, briefs and responses.
Preparations of depositions, case evaluations, arbitrations, mediations, and trials.
Performing legal research.

Qualifications:
Admission to the Michigan Bar and outstanding professional and academic credentials are required.
