Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar association
- Proven experience as a litigation attorney
- Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and laws
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
