We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex IP litigation cases, providing strategic guidance, and representing clients at trial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage IP litigation cases from inception through trial and appeal.
- Serve as the primary advocate in court and administrative proceedings, presenting cases before judges, juries and administrative boards.
- Develop and execute litigation strategies aligned with client goals.
- Manage discovery, depositions, motion practice, and settlement negotiations.
- Collaborate with technical experts and clients to build strong cases.
- Mentor junior attorneys and support staff in litigation matters.
- Stay current on developments in IP law and litigation trends.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in intellectual property litigation, with significant trial experience required.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) and the State of Ohio Bar (other state registrations will be considered).
- Strong analytical and writing skills
- Ability to handle multiple matters efficiently and independently
- Competent in legal research and document management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
