We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex IP litigation cases, providing strategic guidance, and representing clients at trial.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage IP litigation cases from inception through trial and appeal.
Serve as the primary advocate in court and administrative proceedings, presenting cases before judges, juries and administrative boards.
Develop and execute litigation strategies aligned with client goals.
Manage discovery, depositions, motion practice, and settlement negotiations.
Collaborate with technical experts and clients to build strong cases.
Mentor junior attorneys and support staff in litigation matters.
Stay current on developments in IP law and litigation trends.

Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in intellectual property litigation, with significant trial experience required.
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Admission to United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) and the State of Ohio Bar (other state registrations will be considered).
Strong analytical and writing skills
Ability to handle multiple matters efficiently and independently
Competent in legal research and document management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Portable book of business preferred.
