Babst, Calland, Clements and Zomnir, P.C. is seeking a mid-level Associate with 3 plus years of litigation experience to join its Charleston, West Virgina Office. Babst Calland is nationally recognized for its Litigation practice, with clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to locally owned and operated businesses.

The preferred candidate must be licensed to practice law in West Virginia. Candidates must have a strong work ethic and excellent analytical, research, writing and speaking skills. Excellent academic credentials and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with a client-focused approach is essential.

Experience with pleadings, motions and discovery process and rules is essential. Energy industry experience and knowledge is a plus. Interested candidates should have a strong desire to learn and grow within the Firm. The ability to maintain strict client and Firm confidentiality is a must.
