Description:
We are a growing, multi-state law firm seeking a Litigation Attorney (3+ years) to handle family law and/or civil litigation matters in Central Illinois (Peoria, Bloomington, Champaign, Springfield).This is a primarily remote position — you'll work from home with in-person court appearances 2–3 times per week.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $100,000 – $150,000 base salary, depending on experience and production

What You'll Do:
- Handle a caseload of family law and/or civil litigation matters based on your experience
- Attend court hearings in Central Illinois (approx. 2–3 times per week)
- Manage cases with support from paralegals and senior attorneys
- Gradually take on more independence as you grow in the role
Who We're Looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in family law and/or civil litigation
- Licensed in Illinois (or pending admission)
- Comfortable handling cases with guidance and growing into independence
- Strong communication and organizational skills
