Generate Maximum Case Value: Lead negotiations, prepare for and represent clients at hearings, trials, and mediations, and work with our teams to optimize every case outcome.

Qualifications & Location Requirements:

Juris Doctorate from an accredited institution.
Admission to the Minnesota State Bar.
2+ years of litigation experience.
An entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and an unwavering focus on outcomes.
Location: This is a remote position with required in-person presence in Rochester, MN for client meetings, court appearances, depositions, and other events requiring personal attendance. The ideal candidate lives within a commutable distance of Rochester or is willing to relocate.
