Position Overview:
We are seeking a rockstar Attorney with a passion for employment law to join our squad. If you are someone who can navigate the challenges of employment matters while keeping a smile on your face, we want to hear from you.

Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in employment law;
  • The ability to handle cases without much oversight;
  • Experience taking and defending depositions;
  • Excellent legal writing and research skills; and
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Trial experience is a plus, along with the ability to spearhead settlement negotiations and communication with opposing counsel.

Qualifications:
  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Licensed to practice law in Ohio
  • 5+ years of legal experience under your belt, ideally in employment law
  • Ability to confidently negotiate and communicate our position to opposing counsel, the judge, or the mediator
  • Excellent research and writing skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Positive attitude
