Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and driven Litigation Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience, a passion for plaintiff-side personal injury work, and the ability to manage complex cases from inception through trial.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle a caseload of catastrophic personal injury matters
Conduct all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice
Develop case strategies and work closely with senior attorneys and experts
Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
Maintain high standards of professionalism and ethical conduct

Qualifications:

Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing (required)
3+ years of litigation experience (personal injury preferred; catastrophic injury experience a plus)
Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Trial experience or significant courtroom exposure preferred
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
