JSH is seeking an Associate with 4-5 years of experience to join our Transportation practice in our Arizona office. Prior experience in transportation litigation and/or insurance defense is a plus. The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of civil litigation and a desire to provide exceptional client service. Candidates must be highly motivated and have excellent academic credentials. Qualifications:
- JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona
- 4-5 years of experience in civil litigation and/or insurance defense
- Experience with discovery, disclosures, taking/defending depositions, drafting/arguing motions, and court appearances
- Excellent client service, oral advocacy, and written communication skills
