The candidate would manage various types of employment cases including discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour, retaliation, PAGA, and sexual harassment litigation matters. While the candidate would have significant autonomy in managing their cases, An Employment & Personal Injury Law Firm believes in creating a collaborative environment and the candidate will be working closely with the managing partner and other attorneys to strategize and obtain the best possible result for the clients.
