The Litigation & Regulatory Enforcement team is seeking a motivated Litigation Associate to provide strategic legal counsel on a range of commercial litigation matters, including shareholder disputes. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience with complex litigation matters (including at least 1 year of securities litigation experience), strong research and writing skills, and a commitment to client service. Responsibilities include researching and drafting motions, managing discovery, and counseling clients on strategy.

The salary for this position in the class of 2020-2022 is $260,000 - $365,000, although the actual salary could be lower or higher if the candidate's skills and experience level are different from those specified above.
