Moore & Van Allen PLLC, a large southeastern law firm with a national practice, is seeking a litigation associate for its Employment and Labor group. Candidates should have at least three to six years of litigation practice experience and experience in employment/labor litigation and client counseling (i.e., Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FLSA compliance issues, trade secret/non-compete enforcement, etc.). Candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong research proficiency, and excellent academic credentials.
