An American Business and Litigation Law Firm is seeking a mid-level associate with a minimum of two years' experience to join its commercial litigation group in Seattle. We prefer candidates with law-firm experience, including responsibility for pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, and arguing motions. Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills are required. Clerkship and court experience is not required but a plus.
