Overview:The Delaware office of A Leading Litigation Law Firm, an AV-rated® firm designated one of the “Best Companies to Work For” among U.S. law firms by U.S. News & World Report, is seeking a Litigation Associate with a minimum of 1 year of civil litigation experience. This associate will work in the following practice areas: corporate litigation, employment litigation, professional liability defense, insurance coverage, and commercial litigation. The candidate would be joining a growing, dynamic firm with more than 200 attorneys nationwide.
Responsibilities: Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from inception through resolution. Handle extensive discovery practice. Regularly handle court appearances and depositions. Communicate with clients and provide status reports.

- JD from an ABA accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice in Delaware.
- Law Review and/or Moot court preferred.
- Outstanding research and writing skills.
