Steptoe & Johnson PLLC is actively seeking a litigation associate with 3+ years of experience to join our Complex Litigation and Personal Injury Trial team based in our Dallas or The Woodlands, TX office. Qualified candidates should have litigation experience in Texas state courts defending personal injury and/or wrongful death lawsuits in one or more of the following practice areas: transportation/trucking, construction, premises liability, products liability or energy. Our cases are complex and require strong writing and analytical abilities, as well as a desire to develop trial skills in a collaborative team environment. License to practice in TX is required.
