Job Responsibilities:
  • Support and/or supervision will be provided to the successful candidate
  • Handle all litigation tasks or a willingness to learn how to successfully complete including but not limited to the following: depositions, written discovery, court hearings, trials (second chair), arbitrations, mediations, settlement negotiations, drafting pleadings, drafting motions, drafting briefs and drafting various other legal documents
  • Highly motivated to produce superior work product and grow along with our law firm
  • Keep accurate and detailed time records for purposes of billing
  • Over time (with experience in this role), progress to a point wherein you can act as lead attorney for cases with minimal supervision from another attorney
  • Embraces an entrepreneurial-spirit which has been a key component in the recent growth success of our firm (and its individual employees)

Job Requirements:
  • Valid Pennsylvania Law License (Note: We will accept applications for those who just took the July 2024 Pennsylvania Bar Exam)
  • 0-5 Years of Experience as Practicing Attorney
  • Excellent analytical skills, and superior interpersonal & communication skills and the ability to work successfully with multiple team members, interacting with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness, initiative, and a desire to deliver excellent work product while maintaining a key role within a growing team
  • Possess a positive attitude, be proactive, and be a team player
  • Must be detail oriented, able to prioritize needs based on urgency, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
  • Excellent typing skills

Preferred:
  • 0-2 Years of Experience with Litigation
  • Law License in neighboring state might be a plus, but is not required.

Pay: (Based Upon Individual Candidate)
