A Corporate Law Firm, a prestigious medium-sized New York-based commercial law firm with a strong banking and corporate litigation practice, and which fosters an environment where talented individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences can work in a collegial atmosphere, seeks a financial services litigation associate for its Manhattan office. The ideal candidate should have at least five years of experience including commercial foreclosures, asset recovery and workouts, and mortgage defense litigation with strong research, writing and analytical skills. The role will include preparation of pleadings and motions, discovery compliance, depositions, court appearances, trial assistance, and direct client contact. Admission to the New York Bar required.
