This is a unique opportunity to become part of a fast-growing, collaborative team within a firm of over 200 attorneys nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be expected to independently handle all aspects of litigation, including:
- Drafting and responding to written discovery.
- Taking and defending depositions.
- Preparing and arguing motions.
- Participating in court conferences and oral arguments.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of defense litigation.
- Admitted to practice in New York.
- Superior academic credentials from a top tier accredited law school.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly.
Target Hiring Range: $135,000 - $160,000.

Actual compensation will be determined based on market location, as well as the candidate's experience, skills, and job-related qualifications.
